In general, all travel expenses must be covered.  This may include, but is not limited to:

• Coach class airfare from the Washington DC area;
• Mileage reimbursement for use of personal car;
• Rental car costs and fuel for the rental car;
• Parking and tolls;
• Overnight hotel stays;
• Meals; and,
• Other direct expenses such as copying, printing, handouts, etc.

An honorarium of $200 is suggested, but not required.
